Payment Methods

Cognition360 charges your credit card on file at each renewal (monthly or annually). Pricing for your subscription is based on this payment method. If you are unable to provide a credit card, please email accounts@cognition360.com to see if we can accommodate your request. This may require adjustment to your subscription pricing to cover administrative costs.


Updating Payment Method

If you need to update the card on file or provide a backup card, you can login to your portal here. Note: You must be listed as a billing contact to make any changes.
