In case there is an issue with the Cognition360 service, we keep a rolling seven copy of all the files within the service to ensure that we can recover any files.
In order to re-send these data files, perform the following steps:
On the machine where the Cognition 360 Windows Service is installed, locate the install folder.
For a standard set up there should be a Data folder within this folder.
If there is no Data folder, this will have been placed in another location during the setup process. The location can be found within the config file (CognitionBIT.Windows.Service.Base.exe.config)
Navigate to the {location}\Data\SourceFiles\CWManage\Sent folder
This folder should contain a list of .gz files
Please move all the files from the {location}\Data\SourceFiles\CWManage\Sent folder to the {location}\Data\SourceFiles\CWManage folder.
