You will have three accounts (we know this is not ideal - we're working on it!). 

  1. Your Office 365 account - this is how you access the reports and apps
  2. A Cognition360 account - this is for managing your account (subscription, invoices, etc.)
  3. A C360 Support account - this is for creating tickets and accessing our knowledge base


The user that signed up for Cognition360 is the C360 Admin. Only the Admin can request changes to the account structure, customizing a report, or approving additional billing. We need to have all other contacts that will access Cognition360 to ensure our Support Team can work with them.
