Information on Cognition360 data refresh schedule
Cognition360 transfers incremental data every 3 hours from your ConnectWise Manage Database. The incremental data only contains the data changes since the last data transfer.
Once a day your data is processed in the Cognition360 Data Warehouse. This processing normally occurs around 11pm (your local time)
Between 6am and 8am (your local time) each day your PowerBI reports are refreshed in your PowerBI tenant.
This means that no matter where in the world you are based, data (for the previous day) is normally available in the reporting by 8am the next day.
