Our infrastructure is based on Microsoft's Azure platform. While any outages are rare, they do happen. 


Problem

Possible Solution

I can't login to my reports.

 You need an Office365 account to log into Power BI. If you have a valid and functioning Office365 account. Check the Azure status link above for any issues in your region.

I can log into Power BI but can't view any reports.

Power BI reports are held in Apps in Power BI. Your Power BI owner will need to grant permissions for you at the Power BI app level. You can then add the Apps to your profile.

I can view reports, but the data is not refreshed.

 

 

 

The data on a specific report seems inaccurate.

 If the report data is refreshed to the current date. Please send a description of the issue with the name and screen shot of the report. To support@cognition360.com.
