If you believe data is missing from a report, such as a Business Unit, Service Board, or even an invoice number you may need to check your settings before engaging our Support Team.
Open the report in question and reset to the default filters. We have preset some filters on a report to exclude data that is typically not relevant.
If this resolves your issue and you need to make a permanent change to the default filters for your entire company please contact Support.
If this does not resolve your issue, please send us a screenshot of the Cognition360 report with the issue and a screenshot of data that is missing (from your PSA).
