Options to get the best out of the LIVE component


The Cognition Live ticket reports do have the ability to be configured to exclude boards of your choice. If a board is showing in the report views, we can have it excluded by default. If you let us know the board or boards to exclude.

 

Ticket priority/urgency is ordered by the severity of the value i.e. Priority 1 will be first and so on. If the order reported is incorrect, do let us know the order you would like to see applied.
